He quickly built a robust network in the luxury real estate sector and has since assisted hundreds of clients in realizing their goals.

A consummate people person, Lucas takes great pleasure in being present for his clients. His passion for waterfront property and the island lifestyle drives him to find the best match for each client’s specific interests and needs. Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and focused, his keen understanding of the local market allows him to provide quality recommendations in an efficient, personalized manner.

Although adventurous hobbies such as kiteboarding, mountain biking, and piloting private planes often take Lucas to adrenaline-fueled heights, when it comes to his work, he is thoroughly grounded. His reputation for honesty and accountability have made him the person to call for Key Biscayne luxury property. Energetic and thoughtful, his ambition and gift for authentic connection with his clients push him to always go the extra 20 miles.

For Lucas, a perfect day off is one spent in outdoor recreation with his two daughters. An elite triathlete, Lucas qualified to join Team USA in the 2019 World Championships. He also finds time to give back to his community by raising funds for underprivileged children as an athlete ambassador for the Nobis Foundation.

WHY KEY BISCAYNE?

Key Biscayne is just a short drive over the Rickenbacker Causeway, the ocean is all over the place and the lifestyle is just perfect, everything you need is 5 to 10 minutes away. Doesn’t get better than that!. Key Biscayne has beautiful beaches and has two major parks Crandon Park to the north and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park to the south. People who live on Key Biscayne often marvel at the sense of Community found here and they also often end up embracing such a mindset. While everyone here loves their privacy, when it comes to engaging in community activities that aim to help others or to foster camaraderie within the neighborhood, people are often ready to participate. Volunteering is one of the things people here love doing, along with family activities that bring the entire community together.

CRANDON GOLF COURSE

Crandon Golf at Key Biscayne is a championship 18-hole golf course located on the island paradise of Key Biscayne, just 10 minutes from downtown Miami. It is the perfect alternative to civilization where you can spend a day enveloped by the tropics. Crandon Golf is an explosion of color and light surrounded by water, mangroves and lush, tropical foliage. Secluded and inviting, Crandon is the only public golf course on Biscayne Bay.

BILL BAGGS CAPE FLORIDA STATE PARK

Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Beach, located on the tip of Key Biscayne, is a relaxing and scenic alternative to some of Miami’s more popular beaches. It is also home to an historic lighthouse, the oldest standing building in Miami-Dade County, which offers scheduled tours. Bill Baggs is a regular A-lister on Dr. Beach lists and constantly receives kudos from other noted travel publications.

BOATING

Key Biscayne and Virginia Key are located just a few miles off the coast of Downtown Miami. Featuring panoramic water views everywhere you turn, Key Biscayne is home to a number of protected parks, historic preserves, attractions like the Miami Seaquarium, elite golf courses and more.

In the 1800s, Key Biscayne was made up of coconut plantations, but today, it’s one of the most visited destinations for water enthusiasts and beach lovers. Whether you go boating, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling or just hanging out on the beach, Key Biscayne is the place to be.

KITESURFING

If there’s one thing everyone loves about Miami, it has to be the beaches. However, many of these beaches aren’t just good for sunbathing; some offer genuinely decent launches for kite surfing. Frustratingly though, many of Miami’s beaches have strict limitations on kite surfing, though there’s still a few places where you can relax and get some solid quality time with the water. Indeed, Miami has an alright mix of easy and somewhat technical launches, with most being fairly easily accessible. Key Biscayne offers one of the top spots for kite surfing around Miami.

GRADE “A” SCHOOLS

One of the considerations families have when they are thinking of relocating is not just the availability of schools in the area, but also the quality of these educational institutions. When you talk about the best schools, you will find that Key Biscayne has quite a number of private and public schools for parents to choose from. In order for a school to be considered a great one, these have to rate high when it comes to test scores, which show you the academic standards of these institutions. This island neighborhood is considered one of the better communities here, and is also one of the more affluent.

CRANDON PARK

Visit Crandon Park, home of Crandon Park Marina, a protected area that is open to the public. Set sail from this marina and you’ll be in close proximity to views of the Downtown Miami skyline and bustling South Beach. Part of the Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department, and located right on Crandon Beach, Miami EcoAdventures offers a series of guided kayak, snorkeling, biking or hiking excursions that lets locals and visitors alike connect with Mother Nature. Dubbed the “masters of outdoor discovery,” guides host land adventures like ghost tours, archeological walks, archery lessons, biking and hiking tours and camping.
