Located about ten miles southwest of Downtown Miami, it covers 7.45 square miles and had a population of roughly 18,138 as of 2025. Known for its tree-lined streets, large residential lots, and top-rated schools, Pinecrest is one of South Florida’s most affluent and family-friendly communities. The village features several parks, including the historic Pinecrest Gardens, and offers convenient access to Coral Gables, South Miami, and Palmetto Bay.
